1. Services

Nanzige Consultancy Services (“Company”) provides IT services, website design, software solutions, business email services, online courses, and related digital products/services (“Services”).

2. Payment and Billing

  • All payments must be made online through our designated payment systems
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice
  • Services will be activated upon successful payment confirmation

3. Digital Products and Refunds

  • Digital products, once downloaded, are non-refundable
  • Access to online courses and digital materials is non-transferable
  • The Company reserves the right to modify digital content without notice

4. Service Suspension

  • Services may be suspended without notice for non-payment
  • Renewal notices are sent as courtesy reminders only
  • Clients are responsible for timely renewal of services
  • Company bears no liability for data loss during service suspension

5. Website and Software Services

  • Website hosting renewals are client’s responsibility
  • Development projects require approved specifications
  • Additional features beyond initial scope incur extra charges
  • Maintenance periods may cause temporary service interruption

6. Business Email Services

  • Email storage quotas must be maintained within allocated limits
  • Company is not responsible for email content or attachments
  • Spam filtering and security measures may affect email delivery
  • Backup of email data is client’s responsibility

7. Online Courses

  • Course access is limited to the specified duration
  • Materials may not be reproduced or shared
  • Completion certificates are issued upon meeting requirements
  • Course availability is subject to platform maintenance

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, code, and content remain Company property until full payment
  • Clients retain rights to their provided content
  • Company may use work examples for portfolio purposes

9. Service Level Agreement

  • Support available during business hours
  • Response times vary by service priority
  • Planned maintenance will be communicated when possible

10. Termination

  • Company may terminate services for terms violation
  • Clients may terminate with 30 days notice
  • No refunds for early termination

11. Liability

  • Company’s liability limited to service fees paid
  • No warranty for uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Not liable for indirect or consequential damages

12. Modifications

Company reserves the right to modify these terms with notice posted online.
